1. Introduction

Sivalka ("we", "our", "us") is built to collect as little about you as possible. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app handles and where it lives. In short: your tasks stay on your device, not on our servers.

2. Information We Handle

Your tasks: Task titles, schedules, amounts, deadlines and completion history are stored locally on your device. We have no access to this data and it is not sent to any server.

How to address you: If you provide a name to personalize the app, it is stored on your device only.

Feedback: If you send us feedback from within the app, the feedback text (and your name, if provided) is transmitted to us so we can read and respond to it.

Subscription: Subscription status is handled by Apple. We only see whether a subscription is active — never your payment details.

3. How We Use Data

We use data to:

Show your recurring tasks and their deadlines
Schedule local notifications on your device (if enabled)
Compute your stats and streaks locally
Manage your subscription status through Apple
Read and act on feedback you choose to send

4. Data Storage

Your tasks are stored on your device. If iCloud backup is enabled on your system, they may be included in your own Apple backup — under your control, not ours. We do not keep a server database of your content.

5. Notifications

All reminders are scheduled locally on your device based on your task deadlines. They do not pass through our servers and contain no data sent back to us.

6. Third-Party Services

Apple App Store — app distribution and subscription management
Feedback delivery — when you send feedback, we receive it through our own secure channel

7. Data Deletion

Deleting the app from your device removes all local data. To have feedback you sent us deleted, contact hello@sivalka.com.ua.

8. Children's Privacy

The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will note changes by updating this page and the "Last updated" date.
